Filip Stanković: A Biographical Sketch
Filip Stanković (born 25 May 1992) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Eredivisie club FC Utrecht and the Serbia national team. He is the son of former Serbia and Montenegro international goalkeeper Vladimir Stanković.
Filip Stanković: Club Career
Stanković began his career with OFK Beograd before moving to Vojvodina in 2010. He made his professional debut for Vojvodina in the 2011–12 season and quickly established himself as the club's first-choice goalkeeper. In 2014, he helped Vojvodina win the Serbian Cup. After six seasons with Vojvodina, Stanković moved to Krasnodar in Russia in 2016.
Stanković spent two seasons with Krasnodar, making over 50 appearances for the club. In 2018, he joined FC Utrecht in the Netherlands. He quickly became the club's first-choice goalkeeper and has helped them achieve several successes, including winning the KNVB Cup in 2021.
