Panthers Roster: McCaffrey, Anderson to Miss Vikings Game
Christian McCaffrey, Terrace Marshall Jr. and Frankie Luvu among seven inactives
The Carolina Panthers will be without running back Christian McCaffrey, wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. and linebacker Frankie Luvu when they face the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.
McCaffrey is dealing with a thigh injury that kept him out of practice all week. Marshall is dealing with an ankle injury that kept him out of the last two games. Luvu is dealing with a shoulder injury that kept him out of the last three games.
The Panthers will also be without offensive lineman Michael Jordan, defensive end Marquis Haynes and defensive tackle Phil Hoskins.
The Vikings will be without wide receiver Justin Jefferson, who is dealing with a calf injury. Jefferson is the Vikings' leading receiver this season with 1,410 yards and eight touchdowns.
The Panthers are 6-9 this season and need to win their last two games to have a chance at making the playoffs. The Vikings are 12-3 this season and have already clinched a playoff berth.
The Panthers and Vikings will kick off at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
